By accessing and using TuneUp Door's referral service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

TuneUp Door is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed garage door repair contractors. We do not:

• Employ or directly provide garage door repair services
• Control or supervise the contractors in our network
• Guarantee the quality of work performed by contractors
• Set pricing for services provided by contractors
• Act as an agent for homeowners or contractors

Our role is limited to facilitating connections between homeowners and contractors.

User Obligations

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your request
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to request services for the property in question
• Respond to contractor communications in a reasonable timeframe
• Not misuse or abuse our service
• Not submit fraudulent or spam requests

Contractor Relationships

All contractors in our network are independent businesses. You are responsible for:

• Verifying contractor licenses, insurance, and credentials
• Negotiating pricing and terms directly with contractors
• Reviewing and signing any service agreements
• Making payment arrangements with contractors
• Evaluating the quality of work and addressing any concerns directly with the contractor

No Warranty or Guarantee

TuneUp Door makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The availability of contractors in your area
• Response times from contractors
• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors
• The accuracy of quotes or estimates
• The ability of contractors to complete requested services

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuneUp Door shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service
• Damages resulting from contractor services, including property damage, personal injury, or financial losses
• Disputes between you and contractors
• Issues related to contractor performance, billing, or quality of work
• Unauthorized access to or use of your information

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuneUp Door, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your interactions with contractors
• Services provided by contractors you engage
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Communication Consent

By submitting a service request, you consent to receive communications from:

• TuneUp Door regarding your request and our services
• Contractors in our network who may contact you via phone, text message, or email

You acknowledge that contractors may use automated dialing systems to contact you. Your consent is not a condition of using our referral service, but is necessary to connect you with contractors.

Fees

TuneUp Door's referral service is free for homeowners. We may receive compensation from contractors for successful referrals. This does not affect the pricing you receive from contractors or influence our referrals.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes with contractors must be resolved directly with them. TuneUp Door is not a party to any agreements between you and contractors and cannot mediate or resolve such disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions must be brought in courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
